The Study of Nucleic Acid Level in Blood Plasma of Koreans

Abstract

|
There are many observations on nucleic acid levels in various tissues of lumen, animals and plants. But the reports on the nucleic acid level in blood plasma are
scanty.
Author studied the normal nucleic acid level in blood plasma in 59 noitnal Koreans. The mean level of RNA in blood plasma was 3.99mg/dl, and of DNA 0.81 mg/dl. The method which was applied in this study was the S-T-S-method(Schmidt-Thaahauser-Schneider´s combined method).
